The HomeBuyerPlus Program is a unique program that allows a consumer with credit challenges and limited funds to hopefully purchase a home with you. Under this unique arrangement, we take a small $99 Credit Analysis / First Work fee (after we email it to them) and then defer the remainder of the credit repair costs until they close on the home. In order for us to achieve delaying payment we need your help because we will be taking our payment at the title company from the Commission Distribution (CD).
